Season Pass Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

By purchasing and/or using the Season Pass "the Card" you, hereinafter referred to as "the Client" or "holders" agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth by Leisure & Theme Park Limited, hereinafter referred to as "The Company" or "We"

 

2. Non-Transferable

The Season Pass is non-transferable, and holders are strictly prohibited from transferring the card to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate withdrawal of the Season Pass privileges.

 

3. Cancellation or Withdrawal

The Company reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Season Pass at any time if any park policies are violated, including those outlined in these terms and conditions, as well as any rules and regulations posted at the entrance or within the park premises. Any unauthorized use of the card by individuals other than the listed person will result in immediate withdrawal of Season Pass privileges.

 

4. Data Privacy

We prioritize the privacy of our clients. We will not give or sell your personal data to any external company. Your details will be used exclusively within the Leisure and Theme Parks group of companies, including but not limited to Marineland Limited.

 

5. Season Pass Misuse

Misuse of the Season Pass, including but not limited to fraudulent use or attempts to gain unauthorized access, may result in the immediate revocation of the Season Pass without refund.

 

6. Lost or Stolen Cards

Clients are responsible for the safekeeping of their Season Pass. In the event of loss or theft, it is the Client's responsibility to report it to The Company immediately. Replacement cards may be issued at the discretion of The Company and may be subject to a replacement fee.

 

7. Park Policies and Regulations

Season Pass holders are expected to adhere to all park policies, rules, and regulations as outlined by The Company. Failure to comply may result in the withdrawal or cancellation of the Season Pass.

 

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Season Pass constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

By purchasing and using the Season Pass, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions set forth by Leisure & Theme Park Limited.
