1. Assumption of Risk: All persons entering Splash and Fun Water Park (hereinafter referred to as "the Park") do so at their own risk.

2. Hygiene Requirement: Guests are required to shower before entering the pools.

3. Attire Guidelines: Swimming attire with rivets, buckles, or exposed metal is not permitted on any of the attractions.

4. Prohibited Items: Food and drinks, including picnic coolers and takeaways/food deliveries, are strictly prohibited and may not be brought inside the park.

5. No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted inside the park.

6. Supervision of Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

7. Tube Usage: Tubes provided at any of the attractions are to remain at those locations.

8. Wave Pool Safety: For your safety, flotation devices are not allowed in the wave pool.

9. Regulation Awareness: Guests are advised to read the regulations of each attraction before use.

10. Behavioral Standards: Any patron who uses foul language or attempts to break the peace will be asked to leave from the park. The park reserves the right to ask for assistance from the authorities in cases like these, and persons may be subject to prosecution.

11. Ride Regulations: Violation of ride regulations is grounds for expulsion from the park.

12. Glass Containers Prohibited: Beverages in glass containers or bottles are strictly prohibited.

13. Lost and Stolen Items: The park is not responsible for missing or stolen items.

14. Sunbeds and Umbrellas: Sunbeds and umbrellas are on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be added or moved.

15. Surveillance by CCTV: The park is monitored by CCTV 24/7 to ensure the safety and security of all visitors. By entering Splash and Fun Water Park, guests consent to being recorded for security purposes. Any misuse or tampering with park property, as well as violations of the rules and regulations, may be captured and used for investigation and legal actions if necessary.

 

By entering Splash and Fun Water Park, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with these rules and regulations for the safety and enjoyment of all visitors. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in expulsion from the park. Management reserves the right to amend or update these rules as necessary.
